As a tenant who has viewed alot of potential rental properties and dealt with a whole host of estate agents recently, I hedged my bets on 2 properties I viewed on the same day,with different estate agents.I paid for the referencing checks with both, and waited.Spaces & Places kept us up to date with progress. Did all the checks with minimal fuss.The other estate agents were problematic and checks felt invasive.Today. I met Lana to go over the agreement and varying paperwork, she was extremely helpfull and articulate.
